Booking Policy

A valid credit card will be needed to book your appointment. A $25 non-refundable deposit will be due at time of booking to secure your appointment. This amount will be deducted from your final bill. There will be an additional charge of $25 for appointment requests outside of regular working hours and locations 25+ miles from zip code 30281. Forms of payment accepted: all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Cash App, or cash.

 

Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please give a 24-hour advance notice. Any cancellations less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 50% the total cost of the scheduled service(s). I recognize my client's time is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you cancel at the last minute, I not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled for that time. 

I understand that emergencies may arise at inopportune times. If you have a fever, a known infection, or have experienced vomiting or diarrhea within 24 hours prior to your appointment time, I request that you reschedule. Due to the fact that I am mobile only, inclement weather may result in the need for same-day cancellations. I will give an advanced notice in the case of heavy rain, snow, and bad road conditions. Late cancellations due to weather, emergency, or illness will generally not result in any charges but will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

 

Inappropriate Behavior Policy

Massage therapy is for therapeutic and relaxation purposes only. There is no sexual component to massage whatsoever. Any insinuation, joke, gesture, conversation, or request otherwise will result in immediate termination of your session and refusal of future services. You will be charged the full service fee regardless of the length of your session you received. Depending on the extent of the behavior exhibited, a report may be filed with local authorities. 

 

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are available in any amount and may be purchased online or by calling 470-317-8953. I offer the option of mailing the certificate directly to the purchaser or receiver. Gift certificates do not expire, are non-refundable, and can not be redeemed as cash. Gift certificates can not be replaced if lost, misplaced, or stolen. If you are paying with a gift certificate, please mention this when booking your appointment.

Should I notify my therapist of my allergies and medical conditions?

This will be covered on the health intake form that you will fill out prior to your first appointment. Please let me know if you have any special physical or medical needs, considerations or conditions. Some services are not recommended in case of pregnancy, high blood pressure, allergies, or heart disease. 

 

Can I add additional services the day of my scheduled appointment?

My schedule may fill up quickly, especially on nights and weekends. I recommend notifying me as soon as possible with any changes to services or additions to ensure that the allotted time needed equipment are available.

 

Is a 60 minute massage a full 60 minutes or 50?

Whichever time frame you book a service for will be the exact time in which you receive. I will arrive to your location 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to enable myself time for set up, review your intake form, and answer any questions you may have. This may change only, if the client is late in starting their appointment in which the remaining time will be given. If you may need to end your session early, you will still be charged for the full appointment.

 

Do I need to fully undress for my treatment?

Disrobe to your comfort level. I will drape sheets and/or towels discreetly over areas that are not involved in the treatment to protect your privacy at all times. 

 

Do you volunteer?

I currently volunteer in hospice as a massage therapist and companion. If you have a loved one in hospice you feel could benefit from the gift of touch please feel free to contact me.
